Motorcyclists and stakeholders should partner to solve transport mayhem

It has for so long been noticed that motorcyclists have showed less concern in observing traffic laws the result of which has caused mayhem on roads through traffic accidents. Many of motorcyclists simply defy traffic laws by ignoring red lights, driving without permits, helmets and some without insurance.
