Motor Vehicle Inspection

The CO should perform the following duties:

1. The CO should act as the symbolic figure of the MIC.

2. The CO should advise the C/OPO on matters related to MIC.

3. General management of MIC resources.

4. General supervision and coordination of MIC activities.

5. Initiating and implementing suitable strategies for building up the capacities of MIC.

6. Establishment of short and long term plans.

7. Evaluating and monitoring implemented set up strategies.

8. Organization of different desks.

9. Creating diversity atmosphere in workforce.

10. Promotion of welfare and motivating MIC Personnel .

11. Conducting periodical performance appraisal to all his followers.

12. Chairing regular officer’s meetings in order to harmonize and improve the performance of MIC desks.

13. Reporting to the C/OPO about the general functioning of the MIC.
