Held under the theme, "Empowered to Serve: Women in Policing,"

The 14th PSCSC intake comprised 23 senior officers from Rwanda and 15 allied students from nine countries.

The delegation, comprising 12 students and faculty members from the National Institute for Security Studies (NISS) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The event brought together local government leaders, senior security officers, course participants, and their families to celebrate the successful completion of the one-year programme ahead of the officers' graduation.

The specialized training brought together 20 police officers from nine member states of the Eastern Africa Standby Force (EASF).
